Our Executive Commitee
Above all, Montelores Coalition members are committed to fostering strong, collaborative relationships across the region. We value diverse perspectives and work collaboratively with stakeholders, community members, and land managers to shape sustainable opportunities that minimize environmental impact and user conflicts. We strive for outcomes-based solutions that respect the varied interests of all public land users and private land owners. We all recognize that outdoor recreation is an important economic and cultural asset for Montezuma and Dolores counties, and that it must be balanced with the health of the landscapes, waters, and communities that we enjoy.
The Montelores Coalition Executive Team meets every third Tuesday at 8:30AM in the conference room of the Welcome Center in Cortez, CO. These meetings are open to the public with a public comment at the beginning of each meeting.
